Why does this building even exist? This capital one is anti business customers with their slow AF ATMs. No bank tellers at this location, just a beat up ATM that can steal your money if you try to deposit. I've noticed other locations I used to frequent have closed so now I have to resort to coming to garbage locations like this. Definitely closing my business account because it seems capital one bank is going to fail and collapse like the other banks in the past.

This is directed at all capital one customer service.. pathetic! Been a member for 5years now and I’m done.. last straw is yall cancelling my card before asking me.. then sending me 4pre-approval notices for a car while I have yet to receive my new car… so I gotta ask my friends to Zelle them and have them cash app it to me so I can have funds on the spot sometimes.. it’s sad. Yall need to do better. I am! Byeeeeeeee

Unfortunately, this is not a full service Capital One anymore. They only have an ATM and deal with Business Accounts. You'd have to drive to Voss for the full service option. Ugh! I'm not sure when this change took place, but it is very disappointing!

This location is absolute TRASH!!!!!! First there are no tellers and only 1 atm works. When I walked in I noticed that my only option for withdrawal was via ATM. I needed an amount that I know ATM usually don't disburse. So I asked Josie what to do. She informed me that I can take the amount out of the ATM. At that point the line for the ATM was to the front door!! I waited all that time to get to the ATM and have my transaction denied. When my husband informed Josie of the denied transaction she tells him "oh I guess you cannot take that amount out". Like seriously? I would highly advise you to drive the further distance to go to another location. As a new customer to Captial One, it makes me rethink coming to this bank.

Dont come to this location, especially for deposits. The AtM took my money and didn't return it. Now I'm involved in an investigation to get my money back that's so disappointing.

You basically drive all the way to meet someone to tell you we are a digital bank we only have ATM here also the ATM limit is 500$
