I have always had a good experience thus far. But will keep you posted!! I opened a checking, savings, and credit card account with them! I have had no issues! The agency's that helped me were friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could give no stars , I would. Worse customer service, the worse financial institution, robots agents, incapable supervisors, worse bank.

The absolute slowest deposit I have ever made. It took 45 minutes to deposit cash into my account. There was only one guy working three different windows, the inside was not open. This is the absolute worst experience I've had at capital one.

If your going to offer notary service at the bank PLEASE have more than 1. I have been waiting at the bank with my son for 2damn hours now. He is helping a couple open an account, yet there is another person here who could assist with that. Another customer is also waiting for his notary services also. Not to say jump the line but I would usually offer the opportunity for the other customers to go before me if I knew it was a five min thing vs my hour long process. Or ask thrm if they would mind servicing the quicker transactions. I don't mind waiting but This is absurb. This ridiculous #customerservicesucks
