“My initial encounter with a male employee left me feeling rushed and frustrated, despite intentionally scheduling my pickup an hour after opening to avoid any rush. I waited at the desk for 15 minutes before he appeared, which added to the unpleasant experience. I had questions, especially being a first-time Penske renter for a large vehicle, but I was hurried out the door.Navigating the pickup location was confusing; the exit sign led to the vehicle pickup area, and the entry sign was for their district office. However, I must acknowledge that Penske's vehicles are cleaner and better maintained than U-Haul.The turning point in my experience was interacting with the general manager, Ana. She was the complete opposite of the assistant manager, being approachable and attentive. Ana addressed all my concerns and doubts, significantly improving my overall perception of Penske.”
“We recently started renting a 10 x 10 storage unit last month. Carlos was very helpful when I first called and gave me several options. He really spent time with me on the phone so we decided to grab a unit here. Great price and located near our home. When i went to go clean the unit, it was already cleaned up. Not sure if that was the previous owner or the property doing that but it was ready to start moving stuff in. 5 stars overall!”

What keeps me loyal and comfortable enough to keep valuable belongs and family heirlooms isPatricia. She runs this location with her customers in mind.My mother was very fond of her. Mom lost her sister and she trusted Patricia with her sisters belongings. Mom had a stroke and we moved from a large house to a small apartment and once again Patricia made a very hard time easier. I moved to Florida for my job and stayed there several years and never worried.Patricia has earned a great deal of community respect through tragic personal loss, flooding, snow storms and a neighborhood that needed strong management to send the message not to mess with the storage units!I would highly recommend storing here, Patricia builds a wonderful team and secuirty for her clients. A rare skill set these days.”
