Had our transmission break down on our 2019 ford trans connect two days before ThanksgivingContacted sam who had our car towed for free to his shop. He was very professional, gave us prices for rebuilt, used and new. Had them do repairr for a new transmission which he drove and picked up and had us back on road in 4 days. We received pictures every day ofthe work And veh is running fine as we drive bavk to new jersey for holidays.

This past summer Sam fixed my car which broke down as I was arriving to visit my mother for the weekend. He offered a fair price, was incredibly responsive, came and PICKED UP my car and brought it back, and I only lost one day of work thanks to him, which would have taken many days more with others in town after discussions with various recommended options. I am so grateful and will use him whenever I’m in Houston in future!

Sam responded to my Yelp request quickly, and offered a free diagnosis and a Uber home! Then he fixed my AC, and fixed my bumper so it wouldn’t fall off; however he did that without my permission and I couldn’t afford that extra expense. But he knew how scared I was of that, and gave me until my next payday to pay that extra portion. But he did listen to me on not yet doing the rest of the items on my diagnosis.

Sam was able to tow my vehicle in and run a diagnostic for me. I had a bad transmission and he recommended other parts for me to change to ensure longevity. My car is running great now

I reached out to them on Instagram very early and he responded in a timely manner and was willing to fix all of my car issues for an amazing price.I appreciate the time you took out on the holiday to help me, the trust you gave me and the fast work that was put in.. Communication skills are phenomenal as well, was able to tell me the ETA, pricing, and everything else in between with zero issues and attitudes.Very appreciative and will continue to use this company for any car issues I may have!

Sam was great! I dropped my truck off on a Monday, then received a thorough diagnostic and he presented multiple options on moving forward. He replaced the timing chain and other parts. I received updates and pictures of the repair multiple times during the days. All in all the repair was done timely and he communicated very well throughout the repair.

10/10. Found this wonderful establishment on Yelp searching endlessly for some place to fix my engine on a Nissan. Mr. Sam responded swiftly and professionally. Got an estimate in hours. He towed my truck the next day. Replaced engine, radiator, heater hose, and dozens of other things for a spectacular price. He was flexible with payments and helped me restore my truck in no rush but in a consistent, diligent manner. Will bring my truck to him for any issues/repairs and maintenance. I cannot thank Sam enough !

My alternator went out and couldn't drive my car to the shop at Car Traders so they came to me 2 hours before closing time...so grateful and thankful! They were amazing, very professional skilled with quick friendly service and the price was great, they even went out of their way to go pick up a new belt and put on my car and told me that my oil was leaking bad and needed a new gasket! I would highly recommend Car Traders and will most definitely use them again! Thank You So Much Sam and to his Technician!

Thank goodness for Car Traders. I needed some major work done on my car, and saved over $600 initially. While there I also opted for a new radiator after neck wear was found. I like the level of communication, along with pictures and progress updates. They also return the old parts to you. I feel good about the work.
