Hands down the best carpet store in Houston. Searched a couple different places for our rental properties, however the customer service, price, and level of quality at Carpet Villa, we could not pass up. Very happy costumers.

I needed assistance with design, and to understand what materials would be best for my home. Carpet Villa, stepped up and worked with me through all the decisions. They came to my house and worked out a plan. The pricing is very competitive. I will definitely work with them again. Excellent customer service.

I bought carpet from the store. He has an area in it where he just has some little swatches of carpet and you choose from those although in front he has major carpet brands, but I don't think he sells any. I think he just gets everybody in the back and they buy from the little Swatches. My experience, the insulation was terrible. The carpet is loose in the center of it. They didn't hold up. It's the worst carpet I've ever owned. I've been a home owner for 52 years and I've never Had any carpet as bad as I bought there I do not recommend the store

Carpet Villa is the BEST!I was referred to Carpet Villa by friends to install new wood flooring. They came out, measured the house, brought samples and thoroughly explained the process.7 days later — the job is finished!Very pleased and highly recommend this store. Phenomenal service by the team.

GREAT Customer Service. had my wood flooring installed 2 years ago and the dog messed up (wet) an area. Even though my 1 year warranty expired they came out and made the repair at no cost. If you are looking at this review you must be thinking about flooring, I would highly recommend you give this store a visit.

Love this place, I saw some carpets on their website and went to the store to see them expecting I will be told there soldout, but nope they had everything in stock. Zak made a few suggestions since I have a dog and the carpet was installed 2 days later. Great Experience. Would highly recommend them.

I most strongly recommend Carpet Villa Floors to anyone looking for a great value in flooring backed up by a solid customer service experience and expert, quality installation.We wanted to replace the installed carpets in the four upstairs bedrooms of a house we recently purchased. These carpets were very old and completely worn out.After looking at the big home improvement stores to see what they had on offer we stopped by Carpet Villa Floors and were warmly greeted by Sam. He listened closely to what we wanted and directed us several options. After selecting a few, he gave us an estimate that was well below those that we had gotten for a lesser quality carpet and pad both! He was very knowledgable, honest, and straight talking with zero upsell talk nor any pressure.For the installation the three-person team of Juan, Jose, and Alex were each courteous, thoughtful, and experts at their profession. They arrived early, worked quickly but with care and diligence, and the results were excellent and of the highest quality. They also went above and beyond in screwing down any loose floorboards to remove the squeaky noises that plagued three of the four rooms before they installed the carpets. I was impressed with the quality of their work and how quickly they were able to get it all done. Thank you!We are extremely happy with the quality and value provided by Sam and the entire team at Carpet Villa Floors and intend to use them again in the next year as we renovate our master bedroom/bath and kitchen for all of our flooring needs.

A Carpet Villa team removed my old carpet and installed new carpet in my home last Friday and they did an excellent job! They were professional, friendly and very fast in their work. I am a 70+ senior who needed a little extra help and these men went above and beyond to do so. I highly recommend this small family owned business. I talked to some sales people at larger stores who seemed to want to sell me anything just to get a sale. Sam Mashni listened to me and sold me what I was looking for at a reasonable price.
