“I really appreciate the work and care they provided. From walking in on Saturday and doing a final revision on Sunday. I was given great care by Natalie. They didn't have the carpet in stock but she checked with the supplier a few times and was able to get the carpet in a lot earlier than expected (2 weeks vs 4 weeks).
If you say you had a bad installer. I think it depends but the team that went in and setup did a great job. They even fixed a missing patch of concrete and filled it in.
I would recommend this place rather than other like hd and lws. You dont know who you will be getting and at least everything is done in-house rather than random subcontractor.”

This was our first time doing any type of home renovations so we did not really know what to expect, but he definitely helped us with our vision and our wood floors look excellent! He literally has such an eye for perfection, is so expertly skilled and hard-working, and is a professional through and through. He addressed all of our concerns, our house looks beautiful because of how thorough he is. We are very happy with our renovations!!”

After describing our needs, and looking at pictures of our home, he immediately went to work. Latif brought out sample after sample to us to look at. He has a vast inventory of absolutely stunning rugs, and is extremely knowledgeable. I would say he is the Rug Guru. We are incredibly thankful to Latif for helping us select the perfect rugs for our home. If you are looking for beautiful rugs, please go see him at Rug Mart. You will definitely walk out very happy! “What a lifesaver!! We purchased flooring from Michelle last year and had an excellent experience. We just bought a new house and the carpet looked pretty messed up. ? We plan to replace it but we don't have it in the budget just yet as we just bought the house. Thankfully Michelle came through and had her guys fix the carpet. They did fantastic. We're super impressed. You can see the before and after.
