My car was rear-ended recently and I brought it to CARSTAR Champions. They did an outstanding job on the repairs, and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The service was much faster than I expected, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them if you need bodywork done.

Carstar did an amazing job with My Husband‘s truck. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They kept daily communications and I never even had to call to check on the status. We picked it up and it was clean. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely blown away by the service at CarStar, and especially by my amazing service advisor, Gena!
I was originally scheduled for a repair right before my vacation, but ended up with two unexpected damages to my car just days before. Gena not only honored the original repair with a competitive price, but went above and beyond to support me through the additional issues as well.
She kindly allowed me to coordinate a tire replacement through another shop and guided me every step of the way—always responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Her care, professionalism, and compassion made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable.
I’m still in awe of the support I received. Huge thanks to Gena and the CarStar team, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, top-tier service!

My rear passenger door had a scrape and not only did The technician fix my door and make it perfect, but they blended in the driver side door and now the whole side of my car looks brand new! That’s the difference between doing a good job and taking personal pride and doing an excellent job! That’s why I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years!

Excellent Service! 2017 Toyota Tacoma SR5. I had a somewhat mild collision that required replacement of the bumper cover along with some required trim. The replacement parts are CAPA Certified, the color match was perfect and there is no evidence that there has been any repair work performed. My truck now looks new. Carstar Champions was the first suggested body repair shop provided by USAA and I cannot be happier. Great communication and timely delivery make the case stronger that my recommendation is warranted

My son was in an accident while there for an internship from out of town so we chose Carstar based on reviews. So thankful we did!!! The service and communication was amazing! Being out of town, it was very nerve racking as the parent but Gena was in constant communication and kept us update to date on everything. Can not say how happy we were with the service we received!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
