I spend so much money at this store for my daughters and I always wash them before I put them on. This one time the clothes did not fit. I go to return them and they tell me they do not take back washed or worn clothes which I do understand but, given the viruses and diseases going around I feel way more comfortable washing them before I put them on my kids. I feel like the policy should be way better than what it is especially for kids. I would understand if I didn’t have a receipt or if the clothes are worn but this is unacceptable.
