Felt uncomfortable like I was being watched the entire time. For a store that barely has any customers and is already overpriced you’d think they would make you feel more comfortable while shopping there. Every time I looked up the same employee was watching me and trying to make small talk from the time I walked in until after I checked out. The clothing selection is not great and I will not be back.

Tracie was extremely rude towards me and my wife , we kindly declined a cart when it was offered to us and got a dirty look . The over all experience felt like we were being watched because we had a back pack where we carry our baby supplies and had a stroller , therefore we felt like an extra cart was unnecessary. I was walking around looking for clothes for my son also made contact with Tracie as she passed me I smiled and received a blank face expression and ignored me , I didn’t think much of it . But once we got to the counter to pay she was said “COME ON!” And my wife was puzzled as to why she would speak to us in such an aggressive manner. But continued to pay , as she was scanning she tried to offer my wife a credit card for coupons and my wife kindly declined the offer because she’s doesn’t shop there as much and she gave us a sour facial expression with a comment like “MMM OK”Now it may seem like I’m overreacting but the customer before us received a better overall experience as I pay attention to my surroundings and how people act ,Me and my wife felt profiled , almost is if they thought we would steal or something.I spent over a hundred dollars for my new born son and the treatment should be equal for every customer . This is just our personal experience . Hopefully someone else can have a better experience than us

Tangie was amazing and helped me and made my experience there with my two crazy boys and infant much better. She is a very kind soul and I wish there where more ppl like her in this world.

Staff is unfriendly and acknowledgeable to single Hispanic woman unless you’re white or black or have kids with you they will not greet you or give you any great customer service. I will just make the drive to the 59 location.

I went on the weekend when it was seven minutes before closing and the lady said we couldn't go in because they were about to close .

Real friendly staff and kept asking if i needed help to find anything. It was my first time at this store so they helped a lot. I quit Carters because before covid i would order from them a lot and 3 of my packages of $100 or more got lost! But i decided to give the company another shot but in person this time and really enjoyed it!

Due to lack of parking, curbside is challenging for this location. The store is located right next to a grocery store which takes pretty much all available parking.I usually have to go inside to pick up an online order.

Stuff here is way over priced for kids clothes. You can get them same carter's items at other stores for much less. Sad part is that they usually have everything 50% off and it's still more than you can get it at Ross, Walmart, or Burlington. Customer service is always good. Staff is friendly. Line is never long so that's a bonus.

Everything in here is soulful, they don’t really have a lot of cute up to date clothes. But for some reason everytime I come, an associate follows me around like I’m trying to steal even though my card is in my hand. Don’t nobody want them ugly clothes, I just come because it be last minute
