Not just tires! Toyota Tundra that we had a lot of work done at the Toyota dealership. Weird loud squeaking that Toyota said not to worry about, and no matter the videos we sent them or even test driving there -- none of their mechanics would address it much less fix. Carlos and his personnel identified and fixed it almost immediately! (Grease needed on ball bearings on a part that the dealership had done.) Toyota was pressuring us to buy new tires but guess who got our business? Cartronix and am I glad we did. My husband had wanted new rims for a long time so we did those as well. Carlos patiently went through the selection so that it matched my husband's wishes and now our sturdy solid Tundra looks better than it has in years -- and without the crazy squeaking -- and is a pleasure to drive. I regret not doing a before picture but I didn't realize what a huge difference the new rims and tires would make to the overall look of our truck. Including the after photo.
My husband says we are not going back to Toyota because Cartronix also does oil changes and repairs that Toyota did, and does it better. He says he has a new home :)

I bought rims and tires from here and not even 3 months later 1 of the tires started shredding and wires were coming out. I purchased another tire from them and 4 months later I had the same issue. I called and was told to come in and when I got there was basically called a lie about the wire coming out of the tire. The quality of their product is not great but their customer service is horrible!

I just left this place, they have 5 workers sitting around doing nothing, the place is empty and they say I need an appointment. They just don't want to work. the owner is going to have to take care of that

I had a very bad experience because I know I had disconnected the camera from my truck and the guy who checked it said it was burned so he could sell me another one which I didn't like and I went to another place and they checked the supposedly burned camera and it was good
