I've been here before but my last experience was horrible. I was told my chain wasn't good enough to get loan on. The TT said chain had 10k and acid test was ok but was magnetic. I informed TT that I purchased chain from another location and have got loans on chain several times without any issues. I'll see tomorrow what another location offers. Beware because these stores have burned me before. TT is transformer, why are you discussing about personal life when customers are trying to do business?

Came here after my husband purchased two lawn items saw a lawn mower the man that I saw told me someone was coming back to purchase I informed him if he doesn't put cash on item or you have marked this item is for sale custom return too store the manger came out stated he's on camera before you my husband said let's go Patricia said as were leaving it's Sunday can we all just get a long why would you do this Patricia a Godly person would not say this Monday thur Sunday do better with customer service

3 stars for effort however after putting two items on layaway I was told I could cancel the layaway if I chose not to purchase both items,I later found the Item new for less money and upon returning was told by the manager that I could not cancel it or get my money back.He gave me 11$ off a 230$ item.He also tried to tell me that he didn't believe the item was cheaper anywhere. When I showed him on my phone he tried to discredit the validity of the item.Would have been easier to give me a refund or discount me a fair amount rather than lose me as a customer.After paying this off I will not use this pawn shop or any other affiliated with it.

Maria does not understand how license to carry works for background checks in regards to firearms. She also messed around and offered me $200 then $100 after I accepted the offer. Most of these places are ok to do business at. Not this one though. This location will be gone in matter of months from now because all they have is some low down overpriced jewelry and some beat up stolen power tools.

Nice small place friendly employees Spanish speaking employees they try to work with you as much as they can all new members and store manager has done better than before I like that is not so crowded and they test everything for you they now close at 6pm on Saturdays closed on Sundays and open Mon to Fri from 9 to 7. SO SAD TO INFORM YOU THE STORE WILL BE MOVING DOWN THE STREET TO 133E CROSSTIMBERS AS OF DEC 10,2021

Awesome store ! I go to this Cash America location frequently. The employees are polite , professional , and always try to give you a good price on their merchandise. They can get a little busy at times , but they always greet you when you walk in the door and acknowledge you are waiting. No customer is left behind.

Line full of people and sales associate is just talking about horror movies forever with someone for no reason. Keeps looking at us and blatantly ignoring and continuing in more conversation. Then sweeping the floor. Putting pens and markers in cups. Thanks for ignoring us and wasting time. Makes me feel like they don't value people. I told her a lady was there before me, but she ignored and just said oh well I'll help you first. Mexican Fender Stratocaster guitar I looked at was $500, they sell for $250 - $350 all day.
