This location is the worse! They literally had a James Avery ring that was priced more then the cost of the ring buying it brand new at the store. So I showed him a picture stating it would be cheaper buying it new at James Avery and he replied yeah I suggest you do that. This was all on Friday. I had seen some Guns I was interested in and decided to go back on Sunday with my husband but all the guns were put up and none were out. Do they not sell firearms on Sundays or just to lazy to put them out? So annoying. They really need to get rid of the staff they currently have and hire a whole new crew cause the ones present are horrible at their job! I definitely do NOT recommend this location.

‼️ Beware ‼️ I want to share with y’all a terrible experience that my Dad encountered at this Pawn Shop. He was going in to verify if his gold necklace was legit in which they made a huge hazzle and ended up informing him that it wasn’t real. My dad didn’t buy it and proceeded to go to a different Cash America Pawn in which they checked the item and advised him that it was indeed real and didn’t understand the fact of why he was informed other wise. He stepped back in to this location and the guy pictured below remembered him and he told them that yes it is gold but 10k in which my dad got upset because they where clearly trying to scam him !! He spoke to the female since she was present the first time as well and asked why would they lie about that ? And she was very unprofessional and just shrugged her shoulders saying “ I dont know “ no apology no nothing !

Warning! Be careful when doing buisness with this pawnshop! They buy and sell Non-working items and label them "as is". Last time I checked, no pawn shop accepts or sells a non-working item and puts misleading labels. You would assume as is means it has a small defect or issue. Not broken and useless. If you ask about why the item is labeled as such you will be told they dont know when they do. Once you are going to make a purchase on a broken "As-Is" item they will tell you warranty is not a option and you can not purchase it. I called corporate and they said that was a lie. So long story short. Please dont do any buisness here. You work hard for your money. Dont let someone scam you for it.

I've been a customer since 2009 and have always taken care of my pawns. I have been in isolation because I was positive for COVID - 19. have not been cleared to end my quarantine because I still had symptoms 24 hours ago. Today is the last day to extend my pawn and I know that it is my responsibility but I don't have anyone to go extend my pawn again. I called and spoke to the manager to ask that my pawns be held 24 hours. She didn't care, she said to customer service (even though they are closed today). She rather me go into the store and expose everyone, as long as my pawn get extended. So much for customer service.

The store is very clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation.It could be the stay at home order, but the store is light on merchandise. They have a selection of power tools and equipment, guns, jewelry, audio equipment, home appliances and musical instruments.

Bad service. Workers forgot to unlock my laptop and I had to go back twice to get it unlocked. Worker who sold me the laptop didn't own up to their mistake in front of the manager

What a fraud. Their layaway policy sucks. I will never buy from this company in the future. I miss what they used to be. In their new layaway policy if you are late for a day they forfeit everything that you paid. Be aware.
