Watch out when pawning things here when in need. They will openly admit that the serial number of the item you got returned doesn't match what was pawned , then proceed to lie about having camera footage "proving" it was the same item from over 6 months ago and deny me proof of the video.Never had an issue before this. Pretty sure they gave my item to someone else and have no way of covering for it. Still bad experience.While they have good sales if you can quality check what you buy.Go somewhere else to pawn, there's other stores in the same chain that have way better service.

Always gives low ball pricing for everything you're trying to pawn and sell prices on tools are over priced sometimes priced more than if you were to buy the tool brand new SMH

be careful when buying. They offer you to pay an extended warranty. And they do not tell you that it does not have a guarantee, not 24 hours like the other pawnshop

Placed a TV on layaway on a working item and at time of pick up tested merchandise and item was not working properly at this time due to this matter requested my money back or another TV. Employee spoke to Manager who informed him that what could be done was cancel my last payment and then void the layaway, by doing this a 33% of my money would be kept which is $113 and change. They informed me that either it was this or nothing and that is because I didn't buy their POS warranty when I placed the layaway. Mind that I tested the Tv in the store not taking the merchandise out of the store at all yet the manager said no refund would be given it was either the cancellation of last payment and void of layaway or nothing at all. I contacted Corporate and open a case that can take up to 4 business days. At this moment I don't have merchandise due to it staying at the pawnshop and I did not get my money back because money is being held until Corporate decides if I will obtain a refund. Mind you TV was tested at time of final payment final purchase, this tv was tested in store never did it leave the store and yet The Manager Érica declined to refund my money on faulty merchandise. Do not place layaways on electronics at this location if it fails to work at the time of pick up they will want to keep your money one way or another. Very disappointed in this location!

Lol they wanted like 45$ for a used ti 84 plus when you walk in 9/14/17 smells like paint chemicals very unsafe place to work shady environment. 2 stars because i was treated well.
