Jonathan H and Abby at Catalyst were outstanding. They were very geniune in seeking out the correct loan for fitting my needs. Customer service at its finest. It didn’t feel like a hard sales pitch, they allowed me to go at my own pace and were completely understanding and answered any and all of my questions. I will be using them again.

Disappointed , Not Happy with catalyst fund, surprise charges,wasted my time, lost lot of money, Just before closing day, surprised with prepaymant penalties, which is not in the loan document, which I Signed. I can't trust Chris Willams. wasted my time and money, I am part of LU and Totalwealth acadamy. because of them I went to Catalyst fund. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ON EACH LINE.

If you are a broker, stay away from this firm. Catalyst has edited my post and are lying below. They marketed to me as a broker, did not say anything of the sort; and in addition called me and offered to pay me if I took this down. They did not keep their word on that either. Whether broker or borrower-stay away from this lender.
