This was my first visit today, and I was absolutely fraud by the choice of jeans and western outfits they have. The choice of boots is anyway known to all, and they are legendary. You get authentic jeans of great quality and from top of the line brands. The staff was very helpful and in fact, help me get the shirt of my size for the pattern that I wanted. Looking forward to visiting them again soon!.

Damn lady followed me around like I was gonna steal something! Even took my boots from me so I left the damn things there. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

Didn’t want to take my boots back. I didn’t have receipt. Maybe it was my fault but it was a big order. Went back a couple days after another manager pulled up my receipt in the computer.. no offense to the great manager that helped me out but rockem boots store better prices and same leather from same part of Mexico.

One of the sales guys named John Amy at the store insisted that I buy these boots. He said they would not tear.. I called the store and they said there's nothing they can do because it was past the 30 days. Go with your own instincts. Don't listen to any of the sales guys. Plus the manager doesn't even help any. Also And then when my friend went to the store they tried to sell him the same boots. Stay away from double h work Western boots..

Don’t go to this location to get your hat shaped, I took my brand new hat to get shaped and they ruined it after letting the guy know that I didn’t liked how it came out he simply walked away.

Elizabeth on 9/27 working the hat section was fantastic! She’s so knowledgeable about her department, I even learned some stuff and she was able to help me find a nice hat for my huge head. Her energy is super contagious. She’s a great asset to this store, please give her 4 weeks paid vacation and a raise. She definetely left a good impression.
