Not sure why but the vibe is always off every time I enter this store, and this time I was just picking up an order that I placed online. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge me during each visit here, which is odd for such a high end store in my experience. Not sure what it is but if you’re looking for good customer service or to be politely greeted within a reasonable timeframe this isn’t the place for you. Probably should order online and ship to home if you really like their products.

If I could put no stars that would be perfect I purchased a Celine Jean hat and Lesley told me she was getting me a new one from the back...I never checked the bag to see that she gave me the display hat...which everyone knows how any items on display is worn out... so I tried to return it because it was not a brand new hat...Lesley and the manager said I've worn the hat and the stitching was bad... I told her that's the same hat she sold me and it was the display and she lied and said she didn't sell me the hat in that condition...remind u I never put the hat on and it had only been a week since the time I purchased it... I will never spend another dime in that store. The customer service was very unprofessional, and the GM wouldn't come from the back to assist in the matter. For anyone that do buy from here make sure you check your merchandise and make sure its not worn or the display because they will lie and keep your money if you tried to return it for being used/worn.... I really hate dishonest people who lie for a living...if she needed her commission more, I'm glad I was able to help the needy, but you'll do better purchasing online or from Neimans and Saks for Celine.

I've had two separate experiences on the phone with two separate SA employees. With both employees equally short and rude. All I wanted to do was purchase their Triomphe belt in the correct size. Valentino's carries multiple sizes in stock. I got two separate impressions (equally rude) on what was carried in the store.I truly hope these SAs get better training. I will not be giving my money to the brick and mortar Celine in the Galleria because of their attitudes. Sorry.I love the brand and made purchases online.

I was waiting at the entrance, 3 of the SAs saw me but they all ignored me. Brought my business to Fendi and bought an exotic leather purse and i had better experience even in the past. So sad i was eyeing a bag i want to buy from Celine— if ever i did buy from Celine i will buy it from Neiman Marcus in the future. And also, their SAs are not consistent. One person will give me this info and when i came back at another visit, they gave me a different info and gave me the impression they dont know what im talking about. Celine Corporate: please train these people or risk loosing our business!

Love this store. It's small but has a great selection of items. I purchased a luggage tote here and customer service was great! Love the location and plan to go back again for another bag!

Beautiful Celine boutique inside Neiman Marcus, great selection, and the staff is incredibly warm and friendly. I love that I can use my NM Card too!
