I came to cell net to get my iPad 11 pro screen fixed was charged almost $200 and I bought a case for it like was told it like they glue the repair together when they gave my screen was still coming up and the guy at the front said get a case well yesterday my charger port was not screwed down correctly so I cannot charge it the glue on the screen came off so while being in the case screen came up there was yellow tape on the inside like the top of my iPad would hold I’ve been calling cell net 2 weeks now they don’t answer there phones and I’m very unhappy cause I paid almost $200 for a repair to be glue tape and charger port was not screwed down correctly so now the device won’t charge
