This company sent my elderly mother who is on Medicaid with NO income a bill for a device she never authorized or used. Her portion of the bill is $138.20 for a BITH Neck Free Shoulder product they charged her insurance $1,032.68 for. I found the same product on eBay for $24.95 (see link below) The bill was sent 3 months later ensuring their 30 day refund policy was in place and she had no choice but to pay. This is unacceptable, she will NOT pay and I will NOT STOP until I find the a advocacy group, new outlet, government agency and/or social platform to tell this story and help. I will also call her doctors office, as this looks like as Insurance Medicaid SCAM and should be investigated. Shame on you for taking advantage of people during the Covid-19 Pandemic!!!

I would like to commend the company. After months of working with my insurance company and two physicians I finally got qualified for my LiBre sensors. I was checking my blood six times day and this arm patch is WONDERFUL SUCH A GOD SEND
