I had my Nissan Sentra repaired at Central Houston Collision and they did an excellent job. The work was done professionally, my car looks and runs like new. The team kept me updated throughout the process and was always easy to reach. I highly recommend them for their quality work and excellent communication from their team!! Very professional!

Had my vehicle repaired here after a collision Shelby was helpful throughout the process. The body work looks good, the alignment is not that great as my truck is pulling to oneside & riding very choppy like. 2 reasons for the 2 stars. 1) the communication in general is very lacking with little to no followup. please keep your customers in the loop without them having to call 20+ times for updates 2) they release my vehicle back to me with 0% oil life no warning or courtesy call to say hey your vehicle is low on oil would you like to add oil or an oil change to your bill. My engine could’ve locked up or worse! very negligent on behalf of the dealership!

I had my Escalade repaired here after hurricane damage and noticed a gap in my passenger side fender and uneven doors on my driver side so decided to bring it back to get fixed and it’s still poorly done. It may not be major, but it is the principle because if you can be careless in the things that I can see, how am I supposed to trust you to fix my vehicle the way it supposed to be with things I cannot see. The driver side of the fender is perfectly flushed and put together versus the passenger side that I brought in to have the gap fixed, which was clearly just glued on And not even fully because it’s loose at the top and glue is visible. Very disappointing

This place is atrocious beware. They lack professional on all levels. Tim O’Keefe took my car at 7am and called me at 10:30am to explain my car repairs and the costs. I agreed to have them fixed. He agreed to have my car sent to the service department to check for other issues afterwards. I never got a call back about the status of my car. I called the service center and they said to come and pick it up at that collision center. I get to the collision center and no one knows where my car is or the condition. Finally a guy pops out of a room and says we don’t have the bumper on your car and discloses another problem with the car. If they had my car ALL DAY why were the other problems disclosed not to me before I wasted money paying ride a share service to come get my car. Furthermore they refused to release my car to me and the refused to provide rental accommodations.
There is no effective communication, no accountability or professionalism.
I would not recommend coming here especially if you’re already worried with car repairs. The last thing you want to worry about if these people are capable of doing their job.

My car has a lot of damage to right side. When I got my car back it was filthy, the OEM doors they put on my car was very dirty along with scratches on the window. On my dash board It had a extreme amount of film from keep the inside of the vehicle being exposed to the paint environment. I have scuff mark on the left side, the front right bumper still has scratches from the accident.Alot of dusty hand prints on the inside of the vehicle. If you are a woman they will not care for your vehicle. My vehicle was not taken care of and they promised to fix minor repairs and did not do those either. I urge you to go to get repairs somewhere else. I'm very disappointed. I have a Cadillac XT5. Anthony was my advisor and I'm very disappointed and upset with the care of my vehicle.

Whatever you do, DON'T LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! My vehicle was picked up from my home to be repaired at this location due to an accident. My truck was picked up June 3rd the battery was dead (keyless entry locks)so the only way anyone could enter my vehicle is with a key. Sad, but true...My vacuum was taken out of my truck that I use to work (I clean houses). My 346.00 Google earbuds were taken out of my console along with a bag I had in my car that had four bingo daubers in it...go figure. I was told that they thought my vehicle was abandoned but yet, when I came to retrieve my things and they asked my name they knew right away which vehicle was mine. The supervisor (Tony)was anything but helpful and he upholds his employees stealing. I received the most horrible and rude treatment from someone who is supposedly about customer satisfaction and a blemish free name for his company. It doesn't matter what was taken, it's the fact that it was taken at all and then you're the one being talked to in a patronizing way. They don't respect their customers and they STEAL!!!! MY EXPERIENCE WAS ALL BAD

Anthony is absolutely amazing. I have brought my car into him 3 times in the past few months, once for someone side-swiping me and other 2 times for unrelated mechanical issues. Each time he was a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop the entire time. Would highly recommend here, but even more so recommend anthony. You are in good hands

I came to Central Houston Nissan in response to REPEATED advertisements for year end sales and deals. The dealership advertisement said they would do whatever it takes to earn our business online. Your guy Rigo, in used car sales (management?), believes customers are not allowed to ask questions, add, subtract or challenge on their own, when it comes to the dealerships numbers, but gets amnesia or better yet, forgets how to add when it comes to the customers incentives. I had to correct him twice when it came down to the determined value of my vehicle plus the 3k dollar dealer incentive. I already knew what was going on but I played along. So, I decided to play along back. I wanted to help Rigo so that he understood I knew what was going on. They try to get you familiar with incorrect numbers so that they can pencil them in. The more money the company makes, by hook or by crook, the more money we/ consumers lose. This is poor and unprofessional practice as an employee of Nissan. I know the dealership has to make money, I'm ok with that, but I don't like being played for a fool over a car I don't need. As a customer, I'm also ok with not agreeing on a deal, but when you significantly overvalue cars you're selling and undervalue ours, I feel cheated. Rigo represented himself as a military man but didn't know his own army creed claiming he forgot so I had to remind him as an Air Force Veteran, not Army. I'm not sure about the military status of this guy. At the conclusion of my visit, because I refused to accept the inflated numbers on the sales transaction, he calls me by way of Desmond the sales representative and decides to tell me he doesn't want our business if I don't take their deal and hangs up on me. I feel sorry for employees like Desmond and the like who must make a living in this kind of environment. He will eventually become what he sees practiced if he has not already done so. Unfortunately, I'm sure he has. I saw some shadiness in Desmond as well, but I overlooked it because he's just a messenger and employee. I really don't think auto sales was intended to be like this. I need a REAL MANAGER to call me asap and apologize because I will no longer be doing business with Central Houston Nissan Used Car Sales. This dealership still has my drivers license, I need it back ASAP. I came in and sat with Rupesh Kanabar on December 28th starting at approximately 1pm to start a lease but the lease never materialized. Rupesh Kanabar turned the test drive for a lease into a purchase of an Altima, after the initial test drive, he claimed it would be a better deal than a lease, I have no idea because I've never leased. I only came in to inquire. So, Rupesh wrote up the terms similar to my trade in for the Altima on paper, I signed it and he rushed off. While waiting, he would come back from time to time with small talk about the process, asked me a few questions and left again. When he came back the next time, he told me that finance said they could get me a better deal with a bigger vehicle due to the special such as a Nissan Rogue, I told him I already have one. I told him I could look into it if the terms were good, so he runs and gets a Rogue and we test drive. When we come back from the test drive he asks me for my home address and my drivers license and a few additional questions. I gave him the DL and answered the questions. I told him I really would prefer a lease, but he kept pushing me for a purchase so I went along, in the meantime I kept trying to get a final answer on the overall prices of these vehicles but he provided them at the end. After it was all said and done, he did not accomplish the lease as intended, or approval for the purchase of the Altima or the Rogue. I told him several times that I was recently divorced during the process, even before we started. He knew that from the start, I'm the one that didn't know leases were not an option. Rupesh gives me back my keys for my trade only, appearing angry. So I left. The next day I

I was clear about the features needed and was ready with cash in hand, however when I arrived at the dealership the car was dirty and not clean. On top of this during the test drive, the sales lady lied about the features of the vehicle that I specified that I wanted. She demanded that I take a Christmas photo with a car that was falsely advertised online. I refused and got out of Dodge.

If I could leave a zero I would. You never know with car reviews because each person has very different experience. However, after reading the reviews I feel this dealership has been consistently unethical. We found one on line and went to look here. We had our kids with us so my husband had to test drive the car alone. The young lady helping us was in a CORSET, yes it laced up from the front. Completely inappropriate especially w my children present. She eventually found a jacket to cover her belly ring. I assumed her attire was meant to make sales. I asked my husband about the ride and he said, well... at least I know the car matches my eyes per the sales lady. We did put an offer on the car based off the price on line. They told us "actually" it's 6k higher based on all the add ons we have done to the car. This was not listed on line as this price - we looked into this practice of listing a price on line and having a higher price in store - that this is illegal in Texas and therefore reported it to the dmv. The people here play games. We reached out to management regarding the pricing with absolutely no response back. I find it disrespectful to not even acknowledge a customer. Buyer beware.
