I came to Central Houston Nissan in response to REPEATED advertisements for year end sales and deals. The dealership advertisement said they would do whatever it takes to earn our business online. Your guy Rigo, in used car sales (management?), believes customers are not allowed to ask questions, add, subtract or challenge on their own, when it comes to the dealerships numbers, but gets amnesia or better yet, forgets how to add when it comes to the customers incentives. I had to correct him twice when it came down to the determined value of my vehicle plus the 3k dollar dealer incentive. I already knew what was going on but I played along. So, I decided to play along back. I wanted to help Rigo so that he understood I knew what was going on. They try to get you familiar with incorrect numbers so that they can pencil them in. The more money the company makes, by hook or by crook, the more money we/ consumers lose. This is poor and unprofessional practice as an employee of Nissan. I know the dealership has to make money, I’m ok with that, but I don’t like being played for a fool over a car I don’t need. As a customer, I’m also ok with not agreeing on a deal, but when you significantly overvalue cars you’re selling and undervalue ours, I feel cheated. Rigo represented himself as a military man but didn’t know his own army creed claiming he forgot so I had to remind him as an Air Force Veteran, not Army. I’m not sure about the military status of this guy. At the conclusion of my visit, because I refused to accept the inflated numbers on the sales transaction, he calls me by way of Desmond the sales representative and decides to tell me he doesn’t want our business if I don’t take their deal and hangs up on me. I need a REAL MANAGER to call me asap and apologize because I will no longer be doing business with Central Houston Nissan Used Car Sales. On a positive note, Desmond was an outstanding sales representative for the dealership.

So, the store is infested with roaches like crawling around the vending machines and in the offices. We got the truck home and find out the tires were thrown on for looks without being balanced, had to get the u joints replaced because of the loud clicking noises, the windshield wipers were put on without taking the plastic off the edges so they just scratch the windshield. Then the wheel cap was glued on and flew off 3 miles after we drove out. The air conditioner at the main building is broken and it's super hot in there. They bandaid the vehicles to look good then stuff falls apart when you sign the dotted line.

I’m not sure how this place is still in business but it’s time to get the Better Business Bureau involved. I came to get my car serviced and after spending an arm and a leg it turns out they made this worse. Old spark plugs were left after they did the work. I found an orange glove that probably the service tech used. This is unacceptable.

I will put it this way as everyone else In the reviews are saying I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic they robbed you for the and give you a stupid bill and does not contact you whatsoever during the process just via email and text… Alex was my advisor and he is very worthless I told him I upset and satisfied I was about the service he didn’t care at all! I would never do business here not even purchase a car just bc the building looks nice does not mean you will get great customer service I will be reporting this dealership on everything there is for people especially none wealthy people don’t ever bring your car trying to figure out what it is..

If i could post 1 star i would, i could not recommend this dealership any less! I have been scammed and lied to, the car fax showed no accident and the guy who helped us told us it was not in an accident and after under a month and a half of using it they have tried to charge me %40 on a oil change alone! After i took it to my trusted mechanic he told me the vehicle was involved in an accident they had forgotten to clean up the paint compound! I got charged as if i was driving a brand new truck! I specifically told them i wanted a 5 year contract (12 times, yes i counted) and they didn't disclose the fact that they changed it to 7 years until i had signed the papers, that is $20,000 over what i should be paying scammers! Horrible horrible experience! DO NOT COME HERE!! I created this account just so i can do this review

I had the awesome pleasure of being able to work with Josh on purchasing my Rogue and he was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure I left with what I wanted and at the price that worked best for me. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Central Houston Nissan!

very inconsistent. took my car in for service. I approved it for a few recommended fix. Try to pick up my car a day later and the price was $200+ than what I approved. Sure enough I won't be going back. That was the same reason I refuse to go back to Baytown Nissan. Not sure if it's a NISSAN thing.

This place has just about the worst customer service. I am writing this review while on hold to speak with a service advisor. I had an appt scheduled today and my after visit summary included hand written notes that provided no details. I called to speak with my service advisor Paul and was transferred multiple times. The receptionist apologized a million times because I HAD TIME TODAY she then hung up the phone while pretending to transfer the call. I have been attempting to speak with someone in service for about 40 minutes and counting. I was eventually transferred to Pre Owned ( Not even the correct department) but spoke with a great rep named Cedes who WALKED to the service department and ensured I was finally assisted.

I called this place about a week or two ago and they answered and then hung up when I called. They finally answered and quoted me upwards of $400 dollars for a diagnostic. I go in today for a printout quote for my scholarship program and the experience was just awful. Someone immediately comes up to my car as I parked not letting me get out. His personality was sweet and he gave me clear instructions. I stood to the right for the service desk while workers glared at me standing there for a while and never spoke to me. Finally a tall bald man offered me help and was the sweetest! He offered me coffee before directing me to a hall way before I reached the counter I stood at. The workers quite literally watched us walk off while continuing their conversation. He instructed me to talk to the first person not on the phone which was the second person, however the first person who was on the phone tried talking to me and the person on the phone at the same time. I continue my walk to the next guy and this is where things get weird. I asked him for a print out of a diagnostic cost. He's rambling about something I didn't ask so I said "I don't think you understand what I'm saying, I just need a paper copy of the price". He says no because they don't provide print work of prices. I asked how much it was again and the price dropped to about 2 something ... so I said the other day when I called I was quoted 4 something. He looked over to the guy on the phone and said if someone called. I said well it was about to weeks ago but that's what was told to me. So they shrug and just look at me. I asked if they knew where another Nissan was located and he said "no, maybe 59 or I-59"... now I don't where that is but 59 isn't an address. But I said "ok" and he quickly said "but I doubt that they will give you one"... I left. Aside from the phone guy I couldn't help but notice the lack of diversity. I hate to be "that guy" but with service like this and an environment like this I can't help but wonder. No wonder it's a slow month for them. One star for the only two good workers that showed me where to go. Don't recommend and I'm a long time Nissan driver. Trucks lasted me a long time.

I've purchased a couple cars in the last year and we wanted to purchase a daily driver from this dealership. The salesman Kevin Chen would not tell us the price after we asked for several times. The prices online are not what they tell you in the dealership. They add a few thousand on top of it. I'm not experienced that with Tesla or Porsche. Very strange place and very bad experience. I'd recommend getting the price up front before you let them waste your time. The price online for the salesman is not the price you will actually get from them. False advertising. They say that price so they can get you in the store. We saw a used Nissan Sentra in the used car website and he said that the price that they actually will give you is going to be higher than what the website says so is it true.

My recent visit to the Nissan service center left me feeling quite dissatisfied. Approximately three months ago, I had the brakes fluid changed, and I've always placed my trust in their technicians to provide sound advice for my car's maintenance needs. This trust is precisely why I consistently choose Nissan for servicing my vehicle. However, on this occasion, I found myself questioning their recommendations. They suggested additional maintenance items that seemed unnecessary for my car's current condition, eroding my confidence in their expertise.I took a proactive step by asking the technician to thoroughly evaluate and advise me before proceeding with any charges. Although I eventually signed the pre-order, it left me feeling uneasy that I had to insist on this precaution. As a loyal customer who has purchased four cars from this dealership, I did receive a discount, but the overall experience has left me disheartened. It's disconcerting when a previously trusted service center raises doubts about their recommendations and integrity.

I had such an Amazing purchasing experience today at Central Houston Nissan! Meghan was very insightful and extremely user-friendly when I telephoned Central Nissan to see if the Labor Day Sale advertised on Social Media was a scam or an actual event promoted by them. She assured me and I made the appointment with confidence! She introduced me to Julian who was a complete jewel and highly knowledgeable in assisting me with the sale of my 2023 Nissan Kick! Ana was very pleasing and comforting as well! Hats off to the entire Team who made my husband and I very happy driving off the lot!?

ASK FOR JOSE LOPEZ (Bilingual) IF YOU CARE ABOUT GOOD SERVICE AND HONESTYI really wanted to take the time and give thanks to Jose Lopez, I went in only wanting to browse since I was in the market but I didn’t know for what just yet. He was very honest about every car I asked about and answered every question I had. I told him what I was looking for and what I didn’t want. I’m extremely picky with cars. I’m very specific with the actual look of the car, and care even more about the reliability of it and he was EXTREMELY patient and EXTREMELY good at right fitting me. I got a 2021 Nissan Rouge and absolutely love it. Excellent customer service. Ask for him he will definitely take care of you.
