Horrible Experience. Photos Attached. Came here a few years ago to get hail damage repaired on my 2015 bmw 428i. Took 2 weeks for some reason (they kept extending the time on me), but it was a decent price so i dealt with it. Now a couple years on, the paint is RUINED. I’m not sure what on earth they did to my paint, or why they needed to mess with the paint at all, but the paint is totally destroyed. There are 20 year old cars with paint in much better condition than mine. There is no reason my paint should look like this other than they screwed it up. I’m also a young girl, so I’m sure they felt they could take advantage of me, make it look good for a couple years, and then when problems show up I would be none the wiser. I called them several times only to get no answer, and when I finally did get ahold of someone, the lady sounded like she had no idea about anything related to the business. Also told me the owner, Chady (whom i met when i was getting the repairs done) would call me back, but he never did. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. They also fixed my brothers car recently (which I advised against) and made a bunch of promises they didn’t keep. Hopefully his paint won’t go bad in a couple years.

I regret ever entrusting my car to these people! Their dishonest practices have caused me to be out of more money than necessary!
The fact that he charged me then took my car apart because I refused to pay for a new motor is suspect. Some of the personnel act as though they'd never even seen- let alone, fixed- a car engine.

They make you wait in the office because there is only have one person who gives you prices .
I could be wrong but I think I had a $20 bill in my ashtray that went missing after I went there to get a quote

Good mechanic with good pricing. The only draw back is that they might not be able to fix more complex issues on highend vehicles. But at least he does let you know that. Overall a great place to get your car fixed.
