In our modern society one would think that a paying customer would be able to use the store's restroom while shopping and spending one's hard earned cash but this is NOT the case at Champs in Sharpstown. While shopping I asked to use the restroom and I was told NO by an employee and the manager. This is clearly NOT customer friendly. So shoppers Beware!! Finally, I SINCERELY hope this wasn't a racially based policy or decision.

Came in town visiting from Austin and decided to get some shoes. Alysia, Steven and Allen went over and beyond to help me. Great customer service.

I cam by with my wife and kids and akways leave satisfied i like they atleast switch up the products and not have the same shoes in every story everytime i go in i always leave with something and GREAT GREAT CUSOMTER SERVICE❗

Location moved from the mall to a small building in front of Burlington. Address is 7584 Bellaire Plaza, Suite 100. Didn’t see any signs inside the old location indicating it moved.
