Champs Sports offers top tier customer service with staff that is always extremely helpful and never reacts negatively under pressure, even when busy. The team is super nice and helpful with exchanges. Customers like the prices. However, some experiences note that most of the staff can seem unaware of the inventory system, and one team member showed a lack of manners and respect.
Awesome service. For whatever reason the Katy mills location DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I call this location and get an answer first try. Erika is the best! She went out of her way to get me taken care of. Get her a raise immediately!!!
