Historic bank branch. One of the coolest buildings downtown with ornate interior architecture and decor.
This branch isn't very busy. I rarely see any lines despite being a candidate for an architectural tour destination.
Sparse street parking is luck of the draw, but if you work near by downtown why not do your banking here?

Atmosphere is to good here, loved the place, banking is all same as other location. Ambience is good and worth visiting once if you are in that area.

The employees won’t handle simple requests like opening a new account without making you sit through 20 minutes of sales pitches.

Beautiful building. However, they are not equipped to handle more than two or three customers at a time. I've been going to this one for years, and I'm always put on hold. "It'll just be a few minutes" with one person ahead of me. Very frustrating. Go elsewhere. This location is for show, and not actual customer service.

You schedule a meeting as they requested of me the day before only to return at scheduled time and not been seen or acknowledged. I waited 15 mins still nothing. Unprofessional

They never answer the phone . They hold my money for no reason I show them my passport and driving license & social security and still asking for more information. Very disappointed know I can’t get my own money. ???

Baucho Ton assisted me and my partner in opening a checking account...after 4 attempts and 3 different banks she made the process easier and even stayed after closing time just to make sure we were all good.
