Drive through consistently ATM not working. I have been to location twice recently and both times the ATM was not working. Would great if this could be addressed

There's a reason this bank locations has a 2.4 rating, terrible wait. I went Through drive through and I stood in the lobby no help. I don't know if they're lack of staff or super lazy, terrible customer service. I'll just choose lazy.

Have yet to have a good experience at this location. Bad atms, long waits, & no one answers phones.
