Chase Bank is known for its friendly and professional staff, making customers feel welcomed and supported. Many reviews highlight the kindness of employees, particularly praising individuals who provide clear and precise information while assisting with account openings. However, there are some concerns about long wait times when appointments are not scheduled, and limitations in accessing historical account information. Some customers have expressed frustration with the bank's refusal to provide certain services, like notarization, citing a lack of understanding among staff regarding their duties. Additionally, there have been mixed experiences with services like money orders and mobile banking features. Overall, while the location is appreciated for its atmosphere and customer service, there are areas where customers feel improvements can be made to enhance their banking experience.
Long time Chase customer, and I will not return to this location. Teller would not answer my question. It felt like I was such a bother to him. Was just not friendly at all.

This is an example of how Chase has dismissed its customers since Covid. 4 ATM spaces available but only one working. 5 cars stacked up on a Saturday afternoon and Jamie Diamond nor anyone else at Chase could care less.
