Why are these ATMs still even here? They don't ever ever work. They don't ever either dispense money except money deposits sometimes they're not even on. You have I don't know how many ATMs and only one will be working and it will only do half of what it's supposed to be doing!
UPDATE: 6 DAYS LATER. ATMS STILL DONT WORK.

Clean and professional but man-o-man does it take forever. We had an appointment to remove a co owner and add a co owner of one checking account. Some data points: Appt time 1PM. Arrived 12:50PM. Seen 1:25PM. Service done 1:55PM.

Young lady name AJ greeted me at the door with a beautiful smile and was very helpful. She led me to Jacqueline who also did a great job helping me open my very first direct deposit bank account !!!!!! Great job ladies!!!!

I visit this bank almost everyday and the teller Erick has a horrible and nasty attitude, very unprofessional and should not be working in customer service. MANAGER please have a talk with your employee.
