This branch had great friendly staff and helped my husband and I combine our finances and think through different options for our banking needs. Very professional and personable and made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend!

Someone stole my money and I have been trying get a hold of someone we are in October this happened in Dec. Do not bank at jp Morgan chase unless you have money to play with. I lost house and living with friends they care about money nothing else. I was talking to same people it took them months put my money back but following day they took it back. Statements don't match and they won't hhelp

Don’t go to this location if you are black. I was discriminated against cashing my check. They said it was a “Fatal message error” and that it was able to cash just the system wasn’t “allowing them”. When the bank teller just told me it was able to cash. Google fatal message error with chase and nothing comes up. NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEIT. I’d give this place 0/5 very bad business.

I usually do my banking online, but the two times I recently called this branch, someone answered immediately. I appreciate not interacting with a computer system. Secondly, I also had to stop by the branch to get help with some details on my account and the manager was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Thank you for the great customer service.

When we transferred to this location they were very cold and unaccommodating. Had to wait for hours just to meet, not even an apology from staff. It always seemed like someone important was out of the building at all times.

I don't like this branch very much. We went there to get the proof of interest income for tax return around 11: 45 this Tuesday. The lady received us was not friendly and let us go home to wait the mail. There were other customers waiting there. She helped nobody but said something useless. Maybe She was waiting for her lunch break. Actually, it just needs 5 minutes to print a proof. But what she has done is just pushing the costumers out of the branch. How can we image that we will do any business with this branch or with this lady?

I will not open credit card with Justin Murray. He said Chase has hundreds of credit cards offer to customers. Is this true? I like to open a United Mileage Plus credit card and he showed me different credit card.

First the good things: This branch is a lot quieter than the one near Target near NRG, the one near Meyerland, or the West U Holcombe branches. Lots of parking. Three self-serve ATMs inside; one in the outer lobby.

Poorly staffed, poor customer service. Our business was refused service because all managers were out on spring break. Months prior to spring break, service was refused after our case was assessed and the actions needed appeared to interfere with their lunch break.

ok, I am super disappointed of this branch! I have 4 accounts in Chase, and because I work at the Medical Center I always go to this branch. I have also used their notary services in several occasions, and they have signed it even in Spanish. But today the person who can sign these documents just said NO!!!!! They just said that they signed documents under the discretion of the person who signs. I can't believe that they just said no like that, how they can not be helpful to their clients! I feel sooooo offended and marginalized because of my language. They DO have people that can sign documents in Spanish, they just didn't want to provide me with the services.

Just had a call from this company, where the caller left a voice mail for a person at our company who no longer worked at our offices. I tried to call back to correct the mistake, using the call back information left by the JP Morgan representative ( a female voice, who spoke so quickly there was very little intelligible information being recorded other than to call the number and select Option 3). I was connected to a man who wanted to know my name, which I provided, and asked if I was an account holder, which I am not and stated so. He explained immediately that he could not talk to me about anyone who IS an account holder, that his department would not call, that it was a mistake and should be disregarded. I asked if this was the process even when it was an erroneous contact about irregular activity on an account. He repeated his statement and said his department would never call and that the call must have been a misdial (Quite True). I asked about getting a message to the correct group, and explained the message content. He would not assist me. So the end result is that some JP Morgan account holder is not being contacted about unusual activity on their account, and no one will take responsibility to correct the mistake and try to find the real account holder. Furthermore, since no one would talk to me, I could not even tell them to quit calling my office for someone no longer here. VERY POOR SERVICE SUPPORT PROCESS HERE. With this level of quality control, I hope your account holders recognize how pendantic your company is, obstinately refusing to assist even when it impacts a customer and a potential security gaps may exist and requiring action. Perhaps your cybersecurity process will be able to recover from the problems this level of service causes. I, for one, know I will never become a new JPMorgan Chase user account and risk my accounts to such an intractable company.
