Please put a sign out front when your system is down. Went in and 3 employees just chit chatting before anyone asked if i needed help. ALSO, common courtesy to open the door when someone has a wheelchair bound elderly in tow.

I was told to use this bank when the other one was burned down. I can't say is a better than the closer one. But the staff was friendlier during Covid-19 pandemic. I think I'll come into the branch more often. The drive thru ATM is very awkward. Walk up ATM is worse. I fear getting hit by a car coming out of drive thru ATM. Don't use ATM at night.

I'm starting a small business and initiated a transfer of funds from my personal savings account. The transfer was not approved because Chase needed to verify funds. OK - why didn't anyone contact me about this issue? I had to call and wait on the phone for over 20 minutes to find out why my online transfer request did not take place. I would have expected better technology and systems to notify a customer sooner.

Horrible customer service. Horrible treatment of small businesses. I will not be banking here any longer.

Very friendly greeters and customer service. A little bit of a weight because one of their automated machines was down but I had to talk to a teller directly anyway. free coffee while you wait but since it's a hundred degrees outside I kind of skip that. Some cold water would have been amazing though.

They have great customer service at this location, always asking how can they better their service. Very polite and friendly personal. They greet you with a smile and offer hot coffe or hot tea while you wait.

Located at the Wilcrest light. My go-to Chase Bank. Services are always friendly. They have a number of staff who can speak Viet but some also speak Spanish. This a popular Chase in the area which can get quite crowded. However, I never have to wait too long because the services here are efficient and moves fast. They have the usual drive-through and one ATM machine outside. There were a few times it was broken but it's working now. There are also two more ATM inside if you don't want to deal with humid Houston weather. Parking lot isn't too big but you can also park in the next plaza and walk over. The walking distance is very short. One thing I like about the staff is that it feels like you're talking to a friend. I always have a nice conversation while getting the service I came for. P.S. they have coffee so you can help yourself.

Glad that they have Vietnamese speaking bankers at this location for my mom. When we came to this place at 12:30pm today (Monday), it was very busy! The parking lot at this location is very tight for a bank location.

The employees were very nice and friendly. However, there are only 2 teller window open, the other 2 were closed due to new 2 ATM machine inside. Many people require to see bank teller, and that make the wait very long.

To my surprise, this bank actually had really good customer service. Considering that my friend and I were in Chinatown. And we all know how that goes. Rude, incompetent and poor service. However, that's not that case with this location. In fact, we receive great service. Whoa dude. We had a problem at the atm outside, so we went inside. Walking inside, we were immediately greeted and asked what we needed help with. Told them that we were having problems at the atm so they led us to the service window to be helped. One person was busy with a customer in front of us and the other clerk was busy counting money. We weren't ignored. We were acknowledged that we would be helped in a minute. By the way, NOT everyone at the clerk window is Asian. There is actually some diversity. Next up, our turn. Apparently something was wrong with my friend's credit card and unfortunately it's an international card from Vietnam. We went in at 11, almost noon. And it's a 12 hour difference so it's already bedtime for VN. They apologized and just gave us info to call the next day. But anyways, great and attentive service.

Super small bank on Bellaire in China Town. The building is on a really busy intersection. Kinda akward. :-/ Cool people... but not at all diverse...every employee in the building was of Asian decent. It seemed as if every one in the building was on three cups of coffee and grinning from ear to ear. There was and old lady that greated each person with a hand shake and made sure once you left you shook her hand again. The teller and I connected by conversing about volleyball and high school. After she gave me the little $ I had in my account she sent me on my way... leaving with the mere thought that this chase bank is the happiest place on earth. ..lol... If you want to get a little boost of happiness in your life and you bank with Chase. ..you must visit this location!
