Honestly, this location has the worst customer service ever. One of the Vietnamese banker with ponytail was yelling at an older woman for not knowing how much she needs to put in her account. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I saw and heard everything.

I met the front desk or receptionist who name Jennie or Jenny, I don’t know cause she not introducing her name
Her attitude was so rude and mean her attitude ruined my day
If I can rate review for her I wish I can rate her minus star

Don’t understand how there’s possibly a single negative comment pertaining to this location one phone call and a visit later and the service at this location and the interaction between multiple employees there was so amazing the fact that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes was even better But was so comfortable there wouldn’t have Minded staying longer. Probably the best interaction I’ve had with any bank in over 10 years

I stopped by this afternoon to setup a wire transfer around 410pm. I was asked to wait in the lobby.
Around 450 pm I was told they can do the wire transfer at the teller window.
It’s rather nerve racking to scream a routing and account number through 2 inches of bullet proof glass. Transferring large sums of money by it self is stressful.
Mind you the branch manager, Michelle, refused to do the wire transfer and suggested I do it through the teller window at 450pm.
I spent more than 60 minutes at the bank for one wire transfer.
I had to sign my documents on the bullet proof glass window as the counter is so low.
Horrible customer service from the branch’s manager. This makes me want to start banking at a local credit union.

I stood in line and the receptionist didn't help me because I don't speak English and she literally ran me off, being a customer for 5 years now, terrible service from this branch
