Honestly this place is so welcoming despite what everyone is saying. When I got here to get a school bank account everything ran so smoothly, I even got a lollipop. The lady attending us was so nice. She made sure we left with no concerns or questions. Now I am working and get money at my back with direct deposit. No problems at all. Keep up the good work guys. Stay strong. ? peace ✌️

This is the second time I’ve been INSIDE the Chase Bank branch to take care of business and it’s always an issue at this location. Today I came in to get an account open A school checking for my daughter . first, I was told OK After I explained everything I needed. Then banker says. I have an appointment for 1 o’clock if they don’t show I can help you. the Person show after waiting 10 minutes and now I need all of these other things to open an account . Making it seam as if this is the reason why she couldn’t help us. She gave use thd run around…Very discouraging for a young teen trying to open an account and take responsibility.
This is the second strike out for this location very close to home but not coustomer service driven. I’m really Debating closing this account or try not to need any service that I have to come inside the branch for.

This location need better bankers that are well rounded and know how to treat and address all nationalities. Very uncomfortable appointment ever with the banker Veronica Ramirez. she needs additional training in working with people instead of the bank smarts.. very out of sync with the human touch. She’s asking my 14 year old daughter that’s opening a student if she’s in the military.. asking to go verify her high school ,when she has a report card and school ID..clearly something wrong here.

I had trouble with my check being on hold and customer service was no help. I went to this bank and got immediate help from a very nice lady who helped me get my money

Poor customer service ...stood in line to be served and was looked over skipped almost walked out before I turning around to ask for a manager for assistance

I was greeted by a nice lady named Julia, she lead me to where I needed to go and was informative. Even when I completed and stood in line another associate checked up on me immediately and to not have me wait Julia went ahead and rang me up - great energy when I went there

If I could give them no stars I would! I went on my break just to inquire about a credit card I was interested in and this has been my bank for 12 years since I lived in California and the manager after 40 minutes puts me in his office and makes me wait additional 15 minutes and he walks and I tell him how long will this take bc I've been waiting and I gotta get back he replies rudely do you want to be helped or not I looked at his face and he was looking down on me okay so I'm like no thank you get my card and ID back and he says to me I'm sorry your having a bad day! Good customer service could be like which card your inquiring I had already told them what I wanted to know before getting this card and I walked out and told him I'm not having a bad day, you giving bad service. In all chase I've never waited for 40 minutes and I see why this place is rated one star! It's 3 minutes from my work it was a ten minute conversation that came out for a one hour wait !the managers name is Oscar and he was very rude! He was like I don't about you but I've been working- everyone knows customers needed to be tended too! When I came it was only me and the couple before me how he put me in his office after coming out twice to help other people just baffles me.

Everytime I go, security is on the phone. This how criminals watch what happens in the bank and follow customers home. I have called corporate, spoke with the manager... yet no change. Bank at your own risk.
