I was greeted by a nice lady named Julia, she lead me to where I needed to go and was informative. Even when I completed and stood in line another associate checked up on me immediately and to not have me wait Julia went ahead and rang me up - great energy when I went there

If I could give them no stars I would! I went on my break just to inquire about a credit card I was interested in and this has been my bank for 12 years since I lived in California and the manager after 40 minutes puts me in his office and makes me wait additional 15 minutes and he walks and I tell him how long will this take bc I've been waiting and I gotta get back he replies rudely do you want to be helped or not I looked at his face and he was looking down on me okay so I'm like no thank you get my card and ID back and he says to me I'm sorry your having a bad day! Good customer service could be like which card your inquiring I had already told them what I wanted to know before getting this card and I walked out and told him I'm not having a bad day, you giving bad service. In all chase I've never waited for 40 minutes and I see why this place is rated one star! It's 3 minutes from my work it was a ten minute conversation that came out for a one hour wait !the managers name is Oscar and he was very rude! He was like I don't about you but I've been working- everyone knows customers needed to be tended too! When I came it was only me and the couple before me how he put me in his office after coming out twice to help other people just baffles me.

Everytime I go, security is on the phone. This how criminals watch what happens in the bank and follow customers home. I have called corporate, spoke with the manager... yet no change. Bank at your own risk.

The ATM machines stay broke. The drive up one has been broke almost three weeks. It's broken at least once a month. The walk up one always have a note saying it can't take payment, deposits or any other functions except give cash. There's always a line and I wouldn't DARE visit it at night. There are people hanging out at the edge of the store next door and under trees by the edge of the parking lot. It's the only Chase bank within at least 10 miles,so it's a big inconvenience when the ATM stay broke.
