Hey Chase Bank, Mrs Pamela is such a great branch manager at this branch very helpful people person I highly recommend this location to bank with when it comes to any branch in Texas she’s does an amazing job when it comes to customer service I’m thankful only this chase branch only she’s awesome.

The bank was clean. It was not crowded. The people were friendly and helpful the only problem I had was exiting the parking lot , it has a hedge blocking the road. You cannot see the traffic coming toward you from the left to safely exit

Racism certainly exits at this branch! Deposit the same exact checks weekly only for Mariel Gonzales to tell me because of the type of account I have I’m not able to! Then her manager Veronica comes and says she will did into it more! These folks are a joke!

I agree there are homeless and not the best neighborhood, but if you go in to do just, you're banking you will get the same service you will get at any other chase. The employees are all well-mannered and very nice they all greet you with respect and a smile! I tried another bank along the 45 and ended up waiting in a long line with rude people that cut in front of me for what a bigger bank with two tellers no thanks, I will stay with my neighborhood Chase.
