Excellent customer service provided today 02/15/2025. It's quite surprising reading all those low rating reviews for poor customer service and help since I got the opposite treatment. I even triple checked if it was the same Chase branch and it sure was.

Shilpi is the worse banker I’ve ever seen. She’s not honest person and she got bad attitude. She never helps me out to solve problems just repeating herself. DO NOT LIE TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE APPLYING FOR CREDIT CARDS
