Never EVER go to this branch.
I am Private Client. I came to this branch to get a form notarized and the other branch 10 minutes had already called confirming a notary would be available at this location for me. I came here and they asked for my phone number and they’re like, “Do you have an account here?” Are you kidding me?
I asked if there’s a notary available. And these ladies in the back counter were like, “We’re ALL notaries here but we’re in the back.” Great. It’s not like they’re busy. The branch was empty. Nobody they were helping on in line.
They had me wait for 25 freaking minutes. The PRIVATE CLIENT office is ALWAYS empty whenever I’m there. What’s the point of being a Private Client then?
Maybe you should think twice before banking with them.

Had a notary that I needed done asap chase in humble was so help but Lorena here at the kingwood location answered the phone quickly and told me to just walk in. I walked in a she got me within 1 min and had be out within 5 mins.

I was able to make an appointment for Saturday 8/6/22 to open an account for my son, about two hours and it was not possible because the system went down, JR told me that he would give me an appointment for next Tuesday 8/8/ 22 at 1:09pm, we returned and when we arrived the bank was closed and the phone that they put on the website did not work!! Be careful in whose hands we leave our money!!.. a chase bank closed during business hours without prior notice!!

I honestly cannot recommend this Chase branch enough. They have been incredibly helpful during a stressful time. Some of my checks were stolen from the mail and then forged, causing a few thousands to be stolen from my account. This branch had the best availability (both earliest and available times) than any of the nearby branches, so I set up a meeting to fix my compromised account.Unfortunately, due to computer issues at the branch, the meeting had to be rescheduled. However, Mr. “JR” Jolly, with whom I was supposed to meet, spoke to me on the phone and was worth his weight in gold. He gave me wonderful advice that I could use in the moment, explained how the process would likely go once I had the in person meeting, and helped me set up a meeting for the same week with one of his colleagues.At the meeting itself with Ms. Lorena Moraes, she was incredibly polite and incredibly helpful. She quickly changed my account to have a new routing number, ordered me new checks free of charge, and gave some tips to help prevent this from happening again. In addition, she was able to provide a bunch of other helpful information and advice for my account that I would have never known about. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re ever having issues or have questions about your account.

Raquel Torres was an absolutely nightmare. She must have had a bad morning, or she hates her job and people. I had 5 pages that needed to be notarized and she told me she can only do 2. However, the last time I was in I was able to do 4. We wasted 30 minutes going back in forth about how many docs she could notarize, but to do the job it’s self it took 6 minutes. Basically she told me, because it was a “free” service I should just be thankful for what I get. Thanks Raquel. Maybe think about another career path because customer service isn’t a good fit.
