Came to chase bank to make a car payment an the manager wouldn't let me use my social security card are my expired driver license to make a 5k payment in a car that's behind in payments as a one time courtesy this was a very serious matter just to get blown off is very rude an very unprofessional as a business I spoke to the manager at this branch first an he told me no his name is Walter he has very bad communication skills I d not recommend this branch for any one doing business its sad that you have to have identification to make a payment even tho I had a ID and insurance card for the car I pay them each month with my name on it along with my social security card.

Staff is incompetent and racist! They provide misinformation and see no need to take accountability. The branch manager…a short, chubby woman acted extremely entitled during our interaction, not fit to head a Chase branch! She becomes defensive, if she lacks the knowledge to provide an acceptable answer to issues within her own branch. If you are looking for “private client” services run the other way as fast as you can! They will mishandle and lose funds and fail to accept accountability, with providing the only excuse of a “system error”! Please read this and take it as a sign from God. I was almost evicted from my home due to malpractice and misinformation provided by this branch. Just want to save someone else from what I went through!

They’ve started a new thing where you’re immediately rushed as soon as you walk in asking what you need. It’s now making the bank feel like I’m walking in a store and the salesman is trying to sell to me. I pretty much avoid going in at all costs now. Outside ATM only!

It can be checking, savings, credit cards, or anything else.Walking in with cash wont help. It would be cheaper to do a money order somewhere else

Went to open an account a guy name Carter B supposed to help me with the process apparently he himself need help, after 3 long hours of pain and suffer and kept on going back and forth asking others how to do so , he actually told me that this is his first time opening an account with a check, l missed most of my day sitting doing nothing I can’t wait to leave he kept asking personal questions and almost harassing with a very rude way and make me very uncomfortable. I went there for strictly doing business not to be socialized and got harassed by your employee.I tried to call so many time no answer and no one returned my calls so l called the 1800 number and file a complaint l got the reference # if needed to verify.Hopefully l hear from you soon or further steps will be taken to make sure this won’t happen again with another girl.
