Chase is engaging in discrimination against elderly and disabled individuals. Upon depositing a check, Chase notified us that they suspected the check to be fraudulent and attempted to contact our client who had paid us for services rendered. However, their calls went straight to voicemail. Chase informed me that they would ban the business checking account within 10 days if they couldn't verify the check's legitimacy. Despite several attempts, the calls were unsuccessful because Chase's 1-800 number has been identified as a spam number and was automatically sent to the voicemail of my elderly, disabled client.Chase is discriminating against clients who are elderly and disabled as a result of their unfair verification practices that can only be conducted via phone. Clients who are deaf, lack access to Wi-Fi, are mentally or physically disabled to answer the phone, or live in assisted living facilities are facing discrimination due to Chase's unjust verification process. As a consequence of the stress of the transaction, our client has experienced physical ailments. Are Americans with disabilities and limited access to technology not afforded the same rights and privileges in the US banking system as other citizens?

Worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 1:00 with Steve Garcia; he called me 15 mins prior to my appointment ment to confirm it. I arrived at 12:47 and wait him. He came out to me after 16 min and said that he is busy right now and I have to wait. I asked him “is that how you treat your new clients?”. He replied rudely: “YES”. He was very rude and unprofessional; I would not recommend to get an appointment with him at all.

This is slowest service ever and the tellers can’t add! Someone didn’t pass math class! This is horrible!! I’m never coming here again! The teller told me my deposit didn’t equal what it said she sent it back I looked at and the math was correct so how are you counting ppls money daily and you can’t add!

Parking lot is like a maze If you're not familiar with this location. The branch itself is well staffed and can get you in and out quickly.

Just a bank.The drive thru is around the back and the parking lot is kind of small.Convenient to access and has a large liquor and wine store across from it.

Walked in without a clue. Staff so helpful in solving my issues. Felt a great relief I was able to conduct all my banking properly.

The outside ATM NEVERRRRR works. Day or night either the bank branch is open or not. If you want to use the ATM you have to wait until the bank opens to use the one inside.

Kemi was awesome! I hope the branch knows how lucky they are to have her as an employee. She exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. They should give her a raise. She made my experience really awesome opening a brand new checking and credit card for my new business. She was able to do everything I needed in one visit including merging my business account with another credit card account that I already have with them into 1 portal. She was able to update my personal information that I was not able to do online such as my new email and phone number. She went over every detail with me and was patient with my questions. The branch manager was also very friendly, personable and helpful. I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had at a bank. I just love them! I had zero trouble parking at this location. I called ahead to ask what I needed to open the account and they gave me a list. And I was able to make an appointment.

Worst Service ever. Extremely rude bankers to existing customers Of years. Neither the manager nor the staff seemed to know how to read documents. Every time we go we have to wait for hours for anything to be done. As a result of our experience here we are closing all our Chase Bank accounts.
