We had a fantastic experience at our local Chase branch today!
The staff member who assisted me, Mr Alex, was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and answer all my questions thoroughly.
Despite being a busy branch, the wait time was minimal. They worked efficiently to resolve my issue quickly.
The branch itself had a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at Chase today. They exceeded my expectations and made banking a breeze. Highly recommend this branch!

Eric, the business banker was extremely patient and helpful in setting up our new business bank accounts. He helped answer all of our questions throughly and efficiently setup multiple bank accounts for us. Would love to work with him again!

Like to say that they had bad customer service but they would have to have customer service to begin with. Had a long wait while the only cashier working was helping a lady with a checking problem and had some one just looking at me for the time I stood in line not making an attempt to stop and help

Everyone at this bank must have the IQ of a dead fly. The managers don’t know how to read, the staff is informal and rude, everytime we come there is an issue to open our own deosit box or do a simple transaction

Don't try to open a Business Account with Chase! They will waste your time and ask 1 1/2 hours of marketing questions for their own benefit. I walked out after 45 minutes! My mom worked for Chase in the late 50's and I always felt they were one of the better banks however time changes everything. Guess they have to pay for the Kevin Hart, Serena Williams and Lebron James commercials. Our family has our other accounts there but we will rethink our banking strategy. Chase is definitely going down the wrong path...
