They cannot do attestation,Their branch manager doesn't understand things , expects a 30year old girl to know the banker.As customer had to argue with them on fine prints and chase policy.They threatened a customer that they will take action on other branch personal if they attested documents I requested for.Guess what local UPS does the same attestation, they call attention office if they don't understand documents. 5 other local businesses did the same attestation later. Chase and their personal don't want to , they ask appointments , even if they are sitting chatting at back of glass. I bet they can barely serve 3 -4 customers out of 10. They refuse to work or less supportive.3months down and I refuse to be a chase customer. Hate the bitterness this branch officials brought to experience.

Terrible service, there is only one person who speaks Spanish and she serves people who arrive later and does not respect the turn. I waited 3 hours with my small baby and they didn't help me.

no atm in the front … It’s rare for the inside atm to be open . The only one that works is the drive thru one but the machine be having problem. i recommend to not come here . you’ll make a blank trip

I was in this location las week and two black guys broke my passenger window in front of the bank by the main door this location needs to have security 24 hours a day at list

Terrible. You can never get any service at Chase anymore. I sat in the one on Wilcrest and 59 for two hours while the employees laughed and giggled in the back, 3 of them doing absolutely nothing. Then I try to come to this one this morning and same thing. Front desk in on their phone and there is only person working while the rest were hiding in the back, chatting, and eating cake.

No atm at the front, have to always go use to drive thru atm, which often have problems. Access to the bank is horrible, its located at a heavily traffic intersection with only access from a single sliver on the road. Alcohol sanitizer at the front had turned into vinegar

I went to deposit chase in the atm, but after a mouth they said they didn't found that money in the atm!!!!!

This bank is not that bad I do trust it not like others I recommend to sign up for this Bank some people might agree some people might disagree the only thing I could say is most banks might have different type of plans always read the final print they could change some of the stuff that if I'm right

Bank is under staffed. They say same thing over and over is we have only one person working today. I would avoid this place as this one person they have is also not so nice.

I have my issues with Chase, which is why I had to go to branch in the first place. Putting that aside, I will rate this branch 5 stars based on the excellent service I received from Hugo. He was friendly, attentive and he was able to solve my issue with help of his manager. All the props to Hugo, even if Chase are some rats.
