The Chase Bank branch is fast and polite compared to other Chase branches, and it has excellent customer service. The personal is very nice and fast, with no waiting time at all. They help with anything customers may need. If a customer needs to talk with an agent, sign in the book located at the waiting room to save a spot. Some customers, however, experienced a 15‑minute wait to get cash through the drive‑through, which was very disappointing. There have also been reports of theft at the drive‑through tellers and a lack of good security measures. After the theft, the customer service received has been phenomenal, even though customers still lack access to accounts, money, and bills are not getting paid, causing anxiety.
