After i closed all accounts from April 14 2025 they still send bill up from credit card including threatening harmful my credit.please stop harassing me abuse send anything come my home use my address my phone my email to action monthly remember I didn't agree any thing you think u have right do it .you do wrong u need fix by yourself. Worst experience at the bank. I wanted a checking account the banker argued over certain documents and their validity. She refused to recheck anything nor did she want to look at the Chase bank website on my phone. I took my business over to a different chase bank branch. They were able to open the account right away. Did not raise any problems. Worst attitude.

This bank is among the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It’s no surprise they have such low reviews. It’s baffling that corporate continues to ignore these reviews and makes no effort to improve.

Ashley was extremely rude and disrespectful and would like for the branch manager to contact me to fully explain the situation but I personally would not recommend this chase branch.

Frustrating people in the bank.
I walked into the bank to deposit my wife check of 100,000 $ and the cashier didn’t tell me that my wife receives the call for verification. As she didn’t lift the call, they have returned it without trying for next time. This is very bad. Either they should wait for the call back or send email or some other way to communicate and get response.
Now I lost the check. The reason I walked into the bank is to avoid these kind of issue. Such a worst experience.
We don’t have enough checks at home. As my wife can’t walk in, now they can’t give any checks on her name to me and they are not free of cost.

Worst bank. Too much fraud with the accounts at chase. I had too many unrecognized transactions but the bank says I authorized the transactions and closed the investigation. Our money is not safe with Chase.

The worst service here, they discriminate you and are racist. I went with my appointment and before attending to me, they asked me what documents I had. I brought the ones they had told me when I applied and they said that there were no missing documents as if I were illiterate.

The people who work there are the worst, they say that to get an account you have to make an appointment, they are very busy and they were very empty in the morning
