When to bank on 4 or 5 different occasions. They require you to set up an appointment to open a bank account. When in 3 Pm 2 hours before closing but nope we are all booked for today. They have like 4 or 5 bankers not helping any one. I told her I was surprised how rigid they were like they did want my money. Also no drive thru.I even expressed my frustration to a banker; the lady just justified their behavior saying they are a busy branch & you can walk in & open an account. Seriously hire some or cross train them to be able to start new customers.Everything is about the bank not the customer. No thank you I will go to a bank that appreciates my business.

I left this location feeling extremely uncomfortable and violated. I was asked several personal questions. First the banker asked me do I work, then he asked me where I work, how much do I make, he asked about my sources of income, if I had a checking or savings accounts elsewhere. I was interested in opening a checking or savings account and the questions he asked me had nothing to do with opening a checkings/savings account. I asked the banker why was he asking me all these questions pertaining to my income and he said that "They" wanted to know more about me. This has never happened to me before and it will never happen to me again.

Extremely poor customer service. Experience of a pref. Chase customer12 pm Saturday: visited the bank to enquire about the documents required to open another account1 pm same Saturday: visited again with the documentsThe banker said they are closing at 2 pm and all are busy. Had to return back without opening the account. Will look somewhere else

Always short staffed and never available. Was there on Monday to open a business account. They said they don’t have a banker to open the account and asked me to schedule an appointment for Friday. I said I can’t wait that long and told them I’ll go to another branch. I also wanted to cash a check. So stood in line for 25 min. Only one teller was working. 3 others were outside just talking and chilling while there were almost 10 ppl in line waiting. The lady behind me lost it and started yelling, then one of the 3 tellers decided to come back to work. I’m surprised how bad the customer service is and it’s a brand new location… went to Wells Fargo and they opened the business account the same day.

This branches customer service is absolutely horrible. I'm extremely disappointed and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. The banker who assisted me with opening my account will not return my phone calls nor will he respond to my emails. I have several questions that only he can answer. Again the customer service is absolutely horrible. Very unprofessional all the way around, even the tellers..talking laughing and gossiping while I waited.

Horrible service the employees here don’t want to do there job, rather talk to each other. I needed help and they just said whatever you need you can just can call the number on your card. I highly recommend you avoid this brand and get rid of these employees.

Extremely unprofessional! Where do I even start from!I went up to the teller to cash my CHASE check and they refused to deposit it or even cash out. They told me irrelevant excuses by saying “oh mam it’s a large amount the limit is $2500”. Later on I went to another chase branch on memorial bunker and the teller cashed my check immediately without any hassles thanks to her !I will call the chase corporation regarding this matter !

I had to go twice and I couldn't open a checking account, every time I went they told me I needed a different document, my documents issued by the United States government and my social security only made me waste my time. all this for being from another country

Hello Goodmorning! So today around 9:25-9:28! I decided to come into the bank for cash advance! I spoke to everybody as I came in even the guy behind me! As he stated I look like Whoopi Goldberg and turnt to the LADY that work there and started laughing! I found that very offensive and unprofessional for the lady to do so! I didn’t get her name but she’s an older African American lady! Thank you

You would think they could at least make something easy on you. After a number of leaddowns I decided to close my account. I was told that I can't and I have to make an appointment for later on in the day. This is ridiculous and just further affirmation that I will never do business with Chase Bank again
