The window staff are kind. Counselors also show efforts to be kind, but they cannot respond accurately due to a lack of understanding of customers' needs due to a lack of work knowledge. The manager shows off his superior position as a big bank employee and is inflexible in responding to customers due to his low understanding and adaptability.

I visited this locations drive up service to make a withdrawal. Instead of holding up the line, I pulled into their parking area and parked to count my cash. An older male in security uniform came outdoors and stood there, stared at me with an evil facial expression. He stared at me with that expression until I drove away. This occurred April 24, 2025. It was an uncomfortable eerie experience. I was informed to share my experience and next time inform the branch manager. There will not be a next time.

I stopped by this branch to withdraw some cash, but the lady told me she couldn’t help me. She said her computer was in a bag, which I didn’t quite understand. She asked for my ID and debit card and said I needed to fill out a form to get cash. This is the closest branch to my location, and I always stop by here either to withdraw cash or make deposits.
This time, the situation was different. I asked if someone else could help me, as I didn’t want to fill out the form and just wanted to provide my ID and get the cash. There were three cashiers present, but they all said they couldn’t assist me. I don’t know what was wrong— it felt awkward, and I didn’t understand what the issue was.
Eventually, I said it was fine and that I’d just go to another bank. I left without my cash, and although I had handed them my ID, they didn’t say anything when I left. It was just a strange experience.

Banker was nice, staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked out. Overall a fast and efficient experience.

So the employee made a mistake.
My account got restricted.
They didn't notify me.
I had to pay multiple late fees because of this employee's mistake.
Will be closing my accounts for sure.

I withdrew 300 AUD (i.e. 200 USD) in Sydney and there was a foreign exchange rate fee of like 1-2%, which is totally fine and expected. Now I want to deposit it back into my account, their exchange rate is embarrassingly bad, something like 0.55 instead of 0.65. It is egregious

Subpar customer service, walked in and staff member was on her phone. Asked for help turning to change into cash but was dismissed since policy forbids it without rolls made (half were) the rest was under 8$. I can understand however I’ve been there before and have always been helped out with kindness and they actually turned my coins to cash like a real bank. This situation would be fine if it wasn’t for the attitude of the clerk she was not about to do anymore more work than the minimum. Luckily PNC was able to get the job done!

The branch manager, Brandon was very unprofessional,bias and condescending.Even if you can't help a person with their need,you have to acknowledge the issue and then refer them to the appropriate personnel without making them feel they are not an important part of your business.
