The branch manager, Brandon was very unprofessional,bias and condescending.Even if you can't help a person with their need,you have to acknowledge the issue and then refer them to the appropriate personnel without making them feel they are not an important part of your business.

I never write reviews but I just had to today. Bradley was the absolute best! The energy was amazing. As soon as I walked in he was the first to greet me with so much joy. Everyone there was so helpful and it’s because of him and his bright spirited character that made my visit good.

I hardly ever have to go to the bank, however I needed an actual check for my passport renewal!They were the friendliest & happiest people at a bank I have ever seen! I wish more places had such great attitudes and excellent customer service! If I ever need anything else this will be my Chase home going forward.

The lobby hours on their entry indicate that they close at 6, and in another place on the doors the lobby hours are listed as closing at 5. So if a customer is not paying extremely close attention they will see the incorrect hours. How many businesses do you know that list both correct and incorrect hours in their front doors?

I’ve been a member of this particular branch for over 5 years and the problems still persist: subpar customer service, broken ATMs, both inside and in the drive through. I’m ready to switch banks because this is ridiculous. I’d recommend pretty much any other bank, because this Chase isn’t it. I’m so disappointed.

Made an appointment was waiting to at less be greeted and told we would be right with you but nothing. Okay they seem to each be with someone. When a bank rep was done another rep asked for her help with translation. Another rep that I thought was helping a customer was just chatting with another employee about what don’t know. After he finished came to me asked the normal how can I help you questions and who I had an appointment with, he had to go find her apparently she was hungry and needed to eat. Which I am okay with but be professional enough to check to see if your customer who has a scheduled appointment with you at a specific time has arrived. In the end she was helpful but won’t make another appointment to come to this brand.

ATM outside never works. Even when the light is green on it. It’ll prompt the error malfunction and have you go inside the bank to deposit or take out cash. Been like this for a year now, the machine was taken away for half a year, brought back and it STILL doesn’t work. So annoying
