Today, I opened bank account on chase. Alejandra is the best !!! She explained everything about saving and checking and credit card and loans. And Humaira was the best, warm and nice person. I think she was manager! I taken another appointment for my sister for opening new account ❤️Thank you so muchhh

I would like to inform that the customer service provided by chase bank employee is excellent. I need to deposit my cash for the first time. Emplyees over there, one of the employees name was brandi, was so prompt that they helped me out immediately setting up my debit card pin and with smooth deposit. Thank you so much.

I would like to begin on a positive note by thanking the security guard on duty for helping my mother up the bank entrance steps. Additionally, all of the tellers were pleasant and warm. However, Humara Keller (manager), was rude and cold. She told (not asked) my mother to deposit her check in the ATM. My mother told Humara that she would prefer making the deposit with the teller. A few minutes later I walked in and joined my mother in line. Humara approached us and told my mother to use the ATM (for the second time). I said no and that she would like to withdraw a larger sum of money. Humara nastily and sarcastically replied “over twenty thousand.” Her statement was absurd considering the withdrawal amount was far less than 20k and only a couple thousand dollars over the ATM withdrawal limit. After waiting in line, my mother approached the teller and Humara immediately walked out of her glass wall office and began whispering to the agent. She turned and gave a phony plastic smile to my mother. Humara was just downright mean and came across as disliking her job and disliking human beings. Humara Keller is a person who should work alone from home without any verbal communication with clients. I skimmed through reviews and it appears that Humara plays a significant role in the low ratings at the Chase branch 1405 S. Voss Road in Houston, TX. I hope that Humara is able to get help and become a good person.

Miss Helen is the best person I have ever met in this country. Super friendly and more than anything, always very willing to help with whatever you need. I hope all the workers at this company are as helpful and kind as her. If I could give it 10 stars it would be super good but in reality there is no rating for the treatment he gave us when opening my husband's account. Congratulations

Ridiculous! The manager did not have anything to do and just walking around the bank but she refused to take care of my problem saying that she is busy at the moment. It has been the 3rd time that I am trying to get a help from someone in this location about the $700 that CHASE BANK STOLE FROM ME, as soon as they here about my problem they say they DO NOT HAVE TIME TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUE.

Hello Ms. Keller,My name is Prince Riley a customer at chase. I entered your location 10-27-22 around 230pm to make a cash deposit. Upon my completion of my transaction. I exited the branch leaving my debt card.Upon my realization of me leaving the branch I noticed I did not have my debt card with me. I then contacted employees at this location regarding this issue.Before even notifying as a valued chase customer with my First middle last name stated on the card. My debt card was destroyed without no notification from your employees. Which I believe isn’t proper communication with me because I am a chase customer.When asked why I was not contacted regarding the issue.Tra’Vion MorrisID E730770Stated she did not know I was not contacted. Which makes no sense to me. As well asChristina FloresF73341She received the card from another customer and destroyed It without proper notification. The card was not even at the location for no more than 30 mins.This is unacceptable that a staff operates in this manner. I understand the card can be replaced that is not the issue proper communication and courtesy was not taken at all. Highly unacceptable
