I sat here for an hour to sign some paperwork with partner and did some deposit. And the whole time the security lady just sat there on the chair do nothing. At least the bank should have someone to come and check on people waiting.

I really like the customer service through the drive through, Always willing to help with a smile and I have never had an issue with them.
