Customer service at this location lacks professionalism, the tellers there (Lupe) requires more training. With multiple trips to that location I experienced poor service. Violet Salinas is clueless on how to manage and yet she is the bank manager.

Tanya Thanh Do applied my credit card payment to the wrong one without verify the information and she claimed is my faultHer manager, Violet gave me the 800 to call and that department stated is the branch’s fault they have to look for the money and correct it but they don’t careThey should be no star not even oneChase should hire the better employees

What's the point of having 2 atms when one doesn't accept cash withdrawal or deposit?Good thing the one inside is inaccessible since the card reader for the door doesn't work for digital wallet or actual card.

Would never recommend this branch. Staff is inconsistent, rude, and unknowledgeable about the processes' and policies in place. Went in to cash my check like normal, and had to wait an extra 30mins without any explanation as to why. Typically excuses being "the system" and "no one knows anything, sorry for the inconvenience"I wish I could suck at my job and still keep it.

Rather than the other Chase branches, this specific branch is a complete mass. I never saw that they solve a problem quickly. It seems they also have lack of knowledge even for simple banking transactions. When I ask for something that was done with other Chase branches in the past, they say that the system does not allow them to do.So, same bank, same brand but a terrible branch. I would prefer to go 30 miles back to do banking with another Chase branch.

I typically prefer coming to this branch because the people there are really kind and helpful. Today was an important visit for me. Ngoc greeted us at the door and took care of it for us right away. They went above and beyond for us. We are really grateful, Thank You Ngoc!

Chase bank's integrity and transparency has been compromised big time. Consumer trust is decreasing due to many of their shadiness and lack of transparency. For instance, Chase does not allow customers with checking accounts to be able to search their transactions history using their own key words not have the ability to filter based on one vendor or deposits only which is shady. Also, anytime a transaction is disputed it turns out that chase charges a fee for the merchant being disputed which is conflict of interest. In addition chase does not allow you to send supporting receipts via email or attach them through the app, nor do they allow you to describe the nature of the dispute in your own word. Lastly, they seem to only track your spending but never let you track your income even with sapphire premier checking accounts that require a 75,000$ minimum balance which is a rip off. Chase lost my trust, and I would not recommend banking with them.

Ever watched the movie “Groundhog Day” ? At this location it’s the same stuff different day.Other reviewer’s are correct. I’ve never come to this chase when the ATM functioned properly. I typically try to use this location about 8am on weekdays: it’s amazing to see how many people try to use these ATM machines and walk away.

Worse chase location in a good area. I have closed my chase account because of this location. I have been in 4 times in last week to speak to a human in personal and they are always full and ask me to go online or use zelle...I told them I was closing this account again and she told me sorry sir we hope you come back... I mean geez. And they have a 2.2 rating also. Needs to be renovated.
