Went in for a scheduled appointment and waited an additional 20+ minutes past the appointment time before being seen. It was explained that there was an error in the scheduling system that led to an overlap. Allen was a great banker that thoroughly explained Chase's policies and answered any questions we had.There is an ATM in the lobby before entering the office/teller space.

Horrible service. Went there 7 times to open a new checking account and they always returned us back saying we’re missing something. We finally got everything we needed and made an appointment and they said we don’t have enough bankers to open your account. Not happy at all with this location and costumer service. You’ll everyone’s time matters.

They dont even deserve 1 star.January 03 at 12.15 ( business hours) and they are not open. There was a sign says it is closed. Unbelievable......

Stay away from this place… NO 24/7 ATM in the drive thru… u have to walk inside to use a atm like a houston was a safe placed… stay away

I was Just here a Moment ago the Receptionist was very very Rude and Racist. He was asking if my husband and I were Us Citizens and told us to go to o other branch where they speak Spanish. I told him my husband wanted to speak with a banker he said for what. I know Racism is not tolerated. We were very upset that’s not a way to treat people!! We are all equal. No matter people background!!

Careful with any monetary transactions done at this location. Some robbers stalked me from this very bank, followed me TO MY WORKPLACE and broke into my car when I left. Because of the lack of a full-service drive thru, one HAS to walk into the building to withdraw their money

I stayed very disappointed from this branch after my couple visits there. In both cases I was declined in appointment. In the first visit, even my request was declined, I was able to find there person to figure out my case. But the treatment took unfortunately long time, about 40 min, which expected to be done by 5-10 min because of unprofessionalism. In the second visit I had no succsess to pass 'face control' - in the entrance woman declined to provide assist due to lack of resources...

Jackie is an amazing staff there, extremely patience, super friendly, and professionalism!I highly recommend this location and their staffs to all of you.PS: the teller—Samantha is also excellent, friendly, and outstanding performance. I grew up in that area, it always feel good to get back to there.
