Probably one of the best banking experiences I’ve had at Chase Bank. I have been banking with them for 20 years. Had such a wonderful experience that I was compelled to write a positive review for them. Kind and caring people working there.

I never really take the time out of my day to post a review regarding a business. But today that has changed. I have had not one, not two , but three instances where my relative was robbed at this location. This hands down has to be the worse and most unsafe banking branch I have ever come across. I do not see any additional security at this location nor additional precautions being made to warn the public of these robberies. So I have taken it upon myself to write this review and At this point I will advise all family members and any new potential clients to please not bank at this branch for safety concerns . If Chase really values its customers I would expect to see some changes because at this point this is truly not just my issue but a real public concern.

This is the worst branch you can come to atm always broke they have a scanner on the front but don’t work so you can’t use atm inside.

Only one ATM seems to ever be working causing long lines, then the one inside can’t be accessed because the card reader doesn’t work to open the door

45 min wait in line to use atm outside, only one works and you cant even go inside because card reader doesn’t work

Same as others. Only 1 out of 2 atms work. And the 1 inside is inaccessible because the card reader for the door doesn't work. You'd think after the other reviews that they'd have it fixed by now.

Main problem at this location is the ATM service. They have two outside but for some reason only one works. They also have one inside but after hours you don't have access to it becuase the card reader to go inside is always out of services. Which causes very long lines.
