I really enjoyed arriving at this CHASE branch; they treated me wonderfully, called me a few minutes before to remind me of the appointment, and called me by name as I entered the door.

Wonderful customer service but the teller was not able to assist me on printing our a bank statement and notarization. I needed an appointment, but there was nothing available until tomorrow, here and in other branches. There should be more associates helping out at the desk for smaller and quick little things like mine.
